Situated in a beautiful part of West Devon, Slymeford Farm is within the Tamar Valley AONB, overlooking the Calstock viaduct, with views of both Devon and Cornwall.   We are approximately 15 minutes from Tavistock, 40 minutes  by car from Plymouth and just over an hour from Exeter.  There is a nearby railway station with regular, though not frequent, services to and from Plymouth - a mere 20-minute journey. Gawton gravity hub extreme downhill bike course is a very short bike or car ride away and the Tamar Valley multi-use cycling, walking and riding trails only a little further.

On-Farm Accommodation

Clean and comfortable (but not luxurious) double and single bedrooms are available for short or longer term lets en famille in a barn conversion on the farm. Secure shed provided for bikes. It may be possible to accommodate your horse, see livery page or please contact us for further information.  If you are a keen photographer or artist we have beautiful, ever-changing views to be captured.
